Their emails were getting less open rates and the new email subscribers displayed low engagement.

Solution & Strategy

I created a welcome email for them. This way Ferns & Petals could build a solid relationship with their new subscribers and set the right expectations from the start.

Keeping the brand voice supportive and friendly, here I chose to focus on the deep benefit of ‘making loved ones happy’. Because in any relationship, that’s what we strive for. Right?

Lastly, added two call-to-actions and enticed the audience with a 20% discount. This encourages them to take a look at the products.

Overall, this email sets the stage for engaging new subscribers, leading them to read more from us.
